Sweet Arctic is a very special cat who needs a special friend! He's a beautiful, affectionate Domestic Shorthair mix. He was born in November xxxx, and is medium-sized and already neutered. He's quiet and mellow, too. Arctic needs a special home because he's diabetic, and the vet says that if his weight can be controlled he shouldn't need medication. This means he needs a reduced diet, and he needs to be in a home with no other pets because he would try to eat their food. Likewise he can't go outside because he'd find things to eat, and no food can be left out where he can get it. He also needs exercise to help with his weight-control, so he needs to be in a home where he can move around. Watch his video and listen to him purr, and you'll understand what a love bug he is! Right now a foster parent is caring for him, but he needs a forever home. Arctic would love to be your snow-white, lovable snowball, and we will adopt him without charge to an owner who will give him the TLC he needs.
